how to run several programmes

Hi, not sure if this is the correct forum. Is there an easy way (I am not
capable of writing programmes) to run several programmes one after the other
(automatically) and then the computer shuts down when its finished. I am
thinking of ....
`Window washer` then `AVG` scan then `spybot` then a `derfragment`
then shut down.

Using Task Scheduler, create a task (repeating daily, at your desired time)
for the following:

SHUTDOWN -s -t 01
