how to run .exe file through network user?

i want to know a way which enable me to run an exe file on remote machine
as i have got removal tool from symantec and i want to run it on a remote
machine
can any one help me in that

This would really depend on the utility you're using and whether it's
network aware. If you're talking about a virus removal tool (similar to
McAfee's Stinger) I don't think you can do it remotely.
