How to roll to SP1 from SP2

I am getting an error when I try to use my image programs
to scan with an old scanner. It worked friday and when
my system did a microsoft update over the weekend it give
me and error that says....

16 bit Windows Subsystem

c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not
suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
applications. Choose Close to terminate the application.
