How to Retrieve my backup password

The box for password backup keeps comming up and I don't recal ever using a
pssword for this.
What do I do?

Box for password backup? I've never seen a box with that title. Please
describe exactly when you see that box, what its exact title is, what fields
it contains, what buttons it displays, what version of Outlook you're using
and what type of account you've defined.

Is this occurring when you are using Microsoft Outlook?

I wonder if it may be some sort of virus?
