My Internet connection is lakesplus.com.
How do I get my mail from there transeferred to windows mail?

Add your email account to Windows Mail as per the help pages on your ISP's
website. Windows mail will then download ALL the mail that is currently
sitting in your mailbox on your ISP's mail server.
