how to transfer mail to speciifc folder automatically on receive?

i need to transefer the mails from specified uses to be delivered in a
particular folder on receive the mail from those persons. i formed some rules
but i need to run those every time. is there any way to get those mails in
the specified folder on receive only. if so how. Could any one explain me.

They will run everytime, if you wrote it correctly. If it works when you Run
it now (whatever it says) then it should work in real time.

If your inbound mail meets you rules the should run. In order for them to
run you need to check the box next to the rule.
