How to retreive previously copied item after accidently copied so.

how do i retrieve a copied item after i accidently copied something else
without pasting the first item? Is there any way to get that previous info
back? it was important - and i closed the window so i lost all the info i
typed - but i had copied it before i closed the window, I just didn't paste
it anywhere - then i copied something else - so the 1st thing was lost.
Please HELP!

Were you copying inside the Microsoft Access database program or some
other Windows application?

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here. Be sure to tell them
what version of Windows you are using.
