how to retreive ppt presentation that was saved and closed

E

Ehab

I was working on important presentation. By mistake, I deleted most of the
slides, saved, and closed.
Any idea how can I get the deleted slides back!
Thanks,

Ehab

Luc,
Thanks you!
At least now, I know that I should quit looking for a solution, and just
take a nother 3 days to do the work.

If you are working with 2007, even after saving your work, you still can
undo!!!

Jean-Pierre,
Let's hope he's got version 2007 !
Lucy also suggested a while ago that you can right-click a file in Windows
Vista and restore the previous version of a file. I have not been able to do
that here, using Windows Home Premium. Maybe I'm missing something.

Ehab,
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, if you have saved it, it is gone.

I'm using Vista (home edition) and ppt 2003. when I right click on the file,
I do not see options for selecting an older version!

Hi all

There's a demo/article here on the Vista thing:
http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/windows/en-us/help/e1fd0fa8-d238-4e37-b4c9-0c0a85b2aea51033.mspx

Just seen this at the bottom of the article:
Note: Only Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Enterprise, and Windows
Vista Ultimate editions support previous versions of files.

So looks like it won't work for you :-(

Only other thought is did you e-mail it to anyone? If you did, check your
sent items.
