how to Restrict user from DVD drive ?

Hi ,
I have single stand alone machine with Windows XP os . In that machine
there are 3 users and one administrator.So being an administrator how can
avoid users from DVD drive............? Pls let me know the tricks...........
 
you can use gpedit.msc.then Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security
Settings\Local Policies\Security Options
