how to restore windows title bar?

My son accidentally changed 'task manager' application window, so that it now
gets no windows title bar, no windows border, no menu bar, and actually the
only thing that is left is the 'cpu usage history' pane with only the graph.

How do I restore the window title bar and borders?

If sounds as if you have Task Manager running in "Tiny
footprint mode".Double click the border to restore it to its
original appearance.
