How to Restore SetUp Wizard

I am new to Outlook and have decided to migrate from Outlook Express. A
wizard appeared when I fired up Outlook, but I had to cancel the wizard a
few steps into it, due to an interruption (not computer). I then tried
rerunning the wizard by double-clicking Outlook again, but now I no longer
get the wizard. I get a partial screen of Outlook. I would like to rerun
the wizard. How do do this?

Hi Phil,
so you dont have an email account?
Please went into EXTRAS | EMAIL ACCOUNTS
and there is the wizard you ask for
