How to restore default outlook 2003 calendar?

Had accidentally deleted the default calendar for my outlook.

Managed to create another calendar, but it did not become the default
calendar (different colour too).

How do i create a default calendar?

Thanks.

There's no way I know to delete any of the default folders in Outlook. The
Delete option is grayed out when you try. How did you manage it? Did you
try the /resetfolders command switch?

Hi Brian,

Thanks for responding. Not sure what i did being a novice, but definitely
did not reset folders.

Think i just went out and deleted the calendar folder and then recopy back
the calendar from a backup pst file on an external hard disk.

This new calendar has a different colour then the original default calendar
and my pda will not sync with it now.

I can't imagine how you deleted the calendar folder. Outlook simly doesn't
give you the option to delete the default folders. Outlook Web Access, on
the otherhard, may be able to accomplish it, but you didn't say you were
using that.

Are you connected to an Exchange server or using a PST?

If it is your delivery location PST, I don't see how you could have deleted
it. At any rate, I think your best approach would be to creaeta new PST,
make it your delivery location (to recreate the default folders from
scratch), then copy the CONTENTS of the default folders (not the folders
themselves) to the new PST.
