how to restore a backup form a cd?

I had backup some of my computer files and programs and
now i cant restore them, but i back them up with Nero
backup, is there any way to restore them with restore
wizard?

If you used Nero to burn the disk, you will have to use it to read the disk
as well. I use InCD, bundled with Nero Burning Rom, to copy my important
folders and files. This packet writing application treats a CD-RW disk just
like a huge floppy. I can take my disks to my friends computer and it reads
them just fine.
