How to Resize Folders - Kelly

I have run Kelly's script (Line 2) to increase the number of bags.

However, when I resize a folder, and close it while holding down Ctrl, the
folder size is not saved. When I reopen it, it is back to it's original,
default size.

What have I missed? Does this only work on some folders? For example, I cannot
get Event Viewer to resize.but I can get it to work on Performance and
Maintenance.

Doug,

It does not work for Event Viewer. Event Viewer does not query the Bag settings. You can create a shortcut for eventvwr.msc and configure it to run in Maximized or Minimized state.

Hi
The other way to do it is to open Windows Explorer, go to the
c:\windows\system32 folder, right click on the eventvwr.msc. Select Author,
make changes to the size etc. Close the Event Viewer, you will be prompted
to save. If you click yes, then the size is remembered.

This works with most of the *.msc files included with Windows
