How to reset colors in tracked changes?

How can I force Word to reassign colors to 2 different reviewers of a
document? For some reason 2 different people are appearing as the same color.
There are only 3 reviewers of this document so we have not exausted the
number of available colors; however 2 people are showing as the same color.
Someone had suggested closing out of all Office programs and starting them up
again but that didn't work. Help please.
 
In Word 2003, open your reviewing toolbar, then select Show, in show go to
options, in options select the By Author selection
