My hard disk failed and I need to re-install my
Windows XP Operating System on a new hard disk.

Does anybody knows how to go about getting the re-
activision key?

Do I also call local microsoft office (I'm in Australia)
to get the re-activision key?

Thanks!!!

Just install the same way you did before, and use the
code you already have.
Activate just like you did before when you're ready. If
you're told the key has been used too many times, follow
the directions to make a quick call, and they'll get you
a new key.

If you were to do a hard drive "clone", you would not need to re-activate.
I have been able to use Norton Ghost 2003 (part of SystemWorks 2003) to
replace mu personal hard drive without any problems.
