How to remove Mircospft Pinyin IME

How can I remove Mircospft Pinyin IME?
(that's one of the programs running in the background making everything
appear Chinese. I just can't find it in the control panel

Unfortunately, it doesn't help me. Under:
Add Keyboard/Input Method Editor
Once done, click OK to exit. On the Text Services and Input Languages page,
click OK again to close Regional Options.
... I cannot change "install files for East Asian Language support", as it is
grayed (inactive). This means, they have been installed and this means, I
cannot get rid of them. How do I uninstall Any (East Asian) language support?

Try this go into regional and language click on languages click on details
under settings select the language you want click on advanced and check turn
off advanced text services that will shut off east asian user
