how to remove hiberfil.sys

i have an acer laptop that has own power control options- i cant use
original windows power control settings- because of that i couldnt turn the
hibernation option off and when i try to delete the file windows give an
error message

Hibernate was enabled, but the features disappeared after installing new
drivers and/or hardware.

This was the fix!!!

If Hibernate is enabled, the Heuristics key is created. Deleteing that key
disables Hibernate.

The answer is around # 6 or so on the tree on the left.
