How to Remove Embeded SP2

I am having an issue with a third party softwar ecomunicating with PC using
SP2. Seems SP2 added new "Security" features that is inhibiting the 3rd party
software.

How can I remove SP2? I do not have an option to remove this product on my
add/remove list.
Any Ideas?

If it was installed with the system (integrated into the installation
media) - you do not remove it.
The better question is how to remedy the situation with the poorly written
(or supported?) third-party software...

Do they have a patch for SP2 they have released?
What software is this?
 
You can try to add this "application" to the SP2 firewall exception
list.
