Add Remove Programs did not remove from list?

I uninstalled my Microtek Scanner and the software seems to be removed but
it is still listed in the Add/Remove list in the Control Panel?

How can this be removed? Using WinXP SP2.

How did you "remove" it? Just by "deleeting" the folder?
