How To Remove Certain Suggested E-Mail Addresses When Composing New Mail

When composing a new e-mail message, Outlook 2002 has a feature (usually
quite useful) that suggests recently used e-mail addresses that start with
the same few letters that the user has typed in the past. For instance, if
you type in joh - you might see john.q.jones johann.anderson , ... etc

My question is, how do I clear certain ( but not all ) of these e-mail
addresses that get suggested? In particular, I once erroneously typed an
e-mail address that did not exist, so now it is useless to have Outlook
suggest this address in all future compositions. I do not want to
completely turn off the "Suggest Names" feature.

Is there a file somewhere that I can just hand-edit to remove some of these
names?

Thanks. So it is quite easy to do. For some reason I was not able to find
your very straightforward solution when looking through Outlook's Help.

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:

For more finesse and more features you'd need to use a third party product
called Owtlook:

Neither can I. I don't think it's there.
