how to remove at start up

when i start word 2003 the message

the add in-template is not valid
"(c:\...\startup\~$brun97.dot)":

how do i remove this and stop this from happening when i start
microsoft word 2003

Find the appropriate Startup folder and remove the add-in (which is added by
TextBridge and, as the name implies, was designed for Word 97 and won't run
under Word 2003).
