How to remove arrowhead margins

This is difficult to explain for me, not an Engglish native, but let's give
it a try! Now when I open Word I find some annoying grey arrowheads in each
of the four corners of the page (print layout view) which I assume are
indicating the writable area of the page. Well, these things were not there
last time I opened Word. How do I get rid of them? I find them really really
annoying! Thanx in advance for the help!
