I had the trial version of Microsoft Office. Due to a problem that I was
not able to solve all the updates for it failed. I have removed
Microsoft Office from the system. When I do a Windows Update there are
updates showing up for Office. These may have already been downloaded.
How do I remove them so they will no longer show up in the update?

Select the Custom update method.
Then, when the list appears, select the box entitled "don't show this update
again"
Next, select which (if any) of the other updates to install
