How to remove "Activate Windows" shortcut

Is there a way to remove the "Activate Windows" shortcut that is
created in the Start Menu when new users login, aside from creating a
custom default user profile? Something like the command for removing
the OE shortcut, shmgrate.exe OCInstallHIdeOE?

Hi,

If you have registered Windows, then this should have gone automatically. If
you have, it should be safe to just delete the shortcut.
