How to Remotly add printer on win2k?

Dear All,

I'm a system admin. I would like to add a printer
connection to all the PCs (all /w WIN2k) in my company. I
would like to use the remote way to add the printer
connection to all the PCs without on site configuration.
Is there any way to add the printer connection such as
VBscript, command line or something else.
