I use Windows XP and Office 2000. I recently needed to restore a backup on
my C drive, all went well until I started Outlook back up. It complained
that my ost file was out of sync with the server and that I should delete
it. I did so, it took a long time to resynchronize, however. Is there some
way that I can relocate that file to another drive (as I've done with my
address book), so that it won't be lost should I restore a backup? Also,
what the heck is that ost file?
TIA
