how to reinstall xp without cd

I need to reinstall my windows xp and I don't have the cd. My computer has been corrupted with spyware and I can't use my internet explorer and I was told I need to reinstall my xp...any suggestions???

Hi,

No need to reinstall WinXP, instead remove the spyware:

Adaware www.lavasoft.de
Spybot www.safer-networking.org

This one can help you avoid these programs from being installed in the first
place:
