How to reinstall vpngui.exe

Hi,
My computer (WindowsXP) has a restoration accidentally. Now, everytime
bootup will show vpngui.exe cannot run because missing vpnapi.dll. It
recommends me reinstall vpngui.exe. Could you tell me how to reinstall
vpngui.exe? Thanks in advance

Looks like vpngui.exe in to do with Cisco Virtual Private Network Utility.
Try lookin at http://www.file.net/process/vpngui.exe.html
