How to reinstall files back to FP2002

I have had a serious problem with my computer and lost my data.
I have consequently reistalled FP2002 and wish to upload all my files back
from the webhost back onto my computer.
What is the best way of doing this so to retrieve all my data and update my
files ?

If the remote site is hosted on a server with the FP extensions, then you would open FP, then File
Menu | Open Web and enter your URL as http://www.yourdomainname.com then once open go to File Menu |
Publish Web and enter location on your HD that you want to publish to, as in C:\MySite
