How to regain windows logon/signins?

How do I get the Windows logon back on? t=The one I am
talking about is when you first start your computer up that
window that you sign on with it not there anymore. We have
to sign on with the classical sign in and we don't want
that one, Bur everything I do nothing has work. Can anyone
help me?
