how to refresh all the sheets in a workbook by macro

Hi
I have a number of worksheets in a workbook to which i need to refresh
the information Is it possible to do it whith a simple macro??
Maybe its something as simple as refresh workbook?

Do you have your calculations set to automatic? If so, Excel does the
updating for you. If not, use your [F9] key to calculate the workbook.
