how to reduce signature size

i had used the same signature format in office 2000 & 2003.
For Office 2000 only 20kb but office 2003 is 128kb, why?

The signature created with Outlook 2003 contains more generic style
information although most of it (the parts that are not used) gets filtered
out upon sending so you are not really sending a much larger message.

Instead of letting Outlook 2003 generate the HTML for your signature, you
can also use a HTML editor or even Notepad to put in only the HTML needed
for your signature. This way you can keep it as small as possible.

Once created, place it in your Signatures folder together with a Plain Text
and Rich Text version of it.
