how to recover a file that has been rewrite

i need help,. quick! does anyone know how to recover back
our orginial file that has been rewrite???????

Can't be done if you made changes and overwrote the original file. It is
gone.
 
If you have GoBack you can find previous versions of files within the memory
of GoBack. You can restore them in the original folder using overwrite,
restore to a different folder using the same filename, or slightly change
the name to allow several versions of the same file to exist. IE text.doc,
text1.doc, text2.doc, etc.
