How to receive a prompt to save sent messages?

I want to receive a prompt each time I send a message asking whether or not I
want to save it. I don't want to save all or none but just the ones I choose.

Why not just click on the Options button in your email and choose where you
want to save it from there?

I would like to receive a prompt when I hit send asking if I want to save the
message or not. Clicking the options button is easy to forget.
