How to reach control panel -->System on a remote computer

I turned off remote desktop on a machine and now would like to enable it again from a remote location; does anyone know of a way in Windows 2003 to remotely access control panel system so I can re-enable remote desktop? I would like to accomplish this without using group policies.

Can you reboot that system remotely? You might be able to
trigger terminal services in remote admin mode to be on,
then reboot it remotely. I'll look around for that
registry key tonight...

Ok...found the registry entry...

HKLM\System\CurrentcontrolSet\Control\Terminal Server

Go to fDenyTSConnections and set it to 0.
