How to re-order the All Programs menu items

Dear all,

I'm on Win XP Pro. I would like to have my "All Programs" menu items
arranged in alphabetical order. Currently the order is such that the most
recently installed programs are shown at the end on the list.

I know I've seen this option somewhere, but I can't find it now - although
it may have been on Win/NT & not available on XP?
