How to re-display progress-bar on bottom of loading page??

Hi there,
Before I used to be able to monitor the time left until the
whole webpage (any) would be fully downloaded onto my
screen...but now this small indicator does no longer appear!
So surely there must be a specific setting I'm missing here...
but where exactly is it located??

Go to View >> enable the Status bar.
