how to quote only part of incoming msg

Answering to messages with Outlook 2007 I can have the whole incoming
message copied in the answer.
Do there is a way to quote only some lines of the incoming message ?
It's always possible to get it deleting the not wanted, but in Eudora
(I was migrating from) it was possible to get only the selected lines,
quoted into the answer.
Anyone knows a trick ?

No, current versions of outlook do not allow selective quoting. Either
delete what you don't want to include or copy the part you want to include
before hitting reply, then paste it between a pair of >>>, like this:

I have outlook set to always quote then select and delete if I want to
include only part of the message. For "business reasons" I generally keep
the content.
