How to Query Minus A Column?

I have a table that has 10 columns. I can do a query that includes all
columns very easily,
but what if I want to exclude only one of them. Is there an easy way to do
this?
 
In the query design grid select the column (it will grey out) then press
delete to remove it from the query. If you simply want to have the field in
the grid but not displayed then uncheck the Show check box
