How to put request receipt shortcut on Outlook toolbar

Is there any way of putting a one-click icon on the Outlook toolbar to
request a read receipt for an email rather than going into options each time
or setting outlook to request receipts for all emails?

Right-click the toolbar area and choose customize. Find "Request Read
Receipt" on the commands list and drag/drop it to the toolbar.
