How to put my own forms in the "Personal Forms Library" or in the toolbar

Hello,

I've made serveral forms in htm format for use in Outlook 2003. The forms
are also in the Drafts folder, but I want them in the "Personal Forms
Library" or I want the forms in the toolbar by pushing a single button!

Is that possible???

You would need to publish the forms. Open each draft message and use the
Tools | Forms | Publish Form command. See

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
