how can i add my site to search engine like gogle yahoo and other? ahat is the best way to publish it all over the net?

Start here:
http://www.google.com/addurl.html

Then go to the various search engines
and submit your site with them also.
Be patient it can take 6 to 8 weeks to be listed.

go to the search engine sites and click there link "submit your site" or whatever
..

that's doing it manually but there are other sites that might send your URL to 20
or 30 at once (maybe your Host/ISP has such as service?).
