how to produce mailing labels Outlook 2002 SP3

I get as far as "Address Cards" then I cannot figure out how to select
fields to be included on the label. all I need is "Full name" and "Address".
Then I need to sort which contacts I need included.

The same method applies to all versions of Outlook.

Open the Contacts folder ->Tools->Mail Merge. Follow the prompts.
