How to print two slides on one page with space for notes?

My manager wants to print a presentation where the slide are arrange two per
page with enought space on the botton to write notes. The print out I get
place the slides in the middle of the page, we want to be able to place the
slide about 5" from the top. That will give us enought space on the botton
for notes.
