How to print PRN files ??

Using Win98se,Epson cx5400 usb printer.
Tried following MS Knowledge base article - 158081, but it does not work
when i switch lpt1 to EPUSB1

copy %1 EPUSB1 /b

What the heck am i doing wrong??
