Open the message, then click Actions>Open Message in Browser. YOu'll then
have the ability to print a portion of the message.

Have you considered using a third party addin?

Savvisoft has released 'Blueprint for Outlook' which overcomes the issues around page selection, and and will allow you to print only selected pages, whilst still retaining all the usual message header information.
