How to print a word document?!

Just upgraded pc from Windows XP to Windows 7, now when try to print a word
document (its word 2007) cannot do this because I can't find the Print
button!
I would normally click File/Print but can't find "File"!?
Along the top of the screen is the other items..Home, Page layout, Mailings,
View etc but no "File"?
Any help appreciated.

Have tyou tried Ctrl-P?
