How to Prevent Access to Emails?

Dear all,

I created an account for my outlook 6 for storage of confidential emails
complete with password-access. However, i discovered that people still can
access my emails by searching through the folders. (Usually found in
Documents and Settings/All Users/......) They can just copy and paste the
*.dbx files and paste into the correct folder in another PC. And they can
read from there onwards. Can this problem be countered?

Please advise.
 
There is no Outlook 6, however there IS an Outlook Express 6. Outlook Express
is part of IE and you should ask there in an OE support newsgroup.
