How to permanently disable process/service WISPTIS.EXE ?

As far as I know MsOffice2003 installs a service called WISPTIS.EXE even if the local PC is NOT a tablet PC
but a simple desktop computer.
However the process is running and started with every new boot of the Win2000/WinXP system.

How do I permanently disable the start of this process.
Common Startup-Manager Tools do NOT show an entry in the run/run once or other registry entries.
So there must be another mechanism for the autostart of this fu**ing process.
Maybe there is a setting in MsWord2003 which I can disable.....?

Try going to run,type:services.msc Scroll to the appropriate service,double-
click on it,then set to manual from auto.
